Le Divan Means the Psychology Couch

In French, the word “Divan”, refers to the couch traditionally used by psychologist. Peoples would lay on that couch, and starts exploring their inner life, speaking about their emotions, feelings and thoughts. Though, this therapeutic process, which is essential, can be done some other ways.

We are driven by a definitely focused opinion concerning out role as designers. We believe that one’s attire is at the same time a reflection of, and influence to, the wearer’s personality. It is a very expressive medium to communicate with the society about it’s mood and identity, and either it is a honest extroversion, or a disguise, it is the first sign you read when you encounter an individual. The attire also has a significant impact on one’s mood and feeling. Consciously or not, we feel different according to what we are wearing.

The ambition of our garments is to inspire a state of mind, based on positivity and confidence, which would allow the wearer to be who he wishes to be, and express the full potential of his personality.

Our aim to help individuals to earn confidence in humility, positioning themselves in harmony with their wishes, moods and environment, is to be related to the aim of psychology.

As the psychologist’s divan, our creations are meant to be a mean, between others, in the quest for that state of mind.
